There seems to be a glitch with the nether portals, every time you come out of the portal, it creates a new one, it is a good way to take advantage of that and spawn obsidian. Please fix!!!

for more information we created an irregular portal entered then used /f home and 4 to 6 portals appeared close to base but not in the nether we believe this to be a glitch and help in this matter would be appreciated
